Our Quality Management System was introduced in July 2016.
In the beginning of the project, all business relevant processes are recorded and documented. Afterwards the documentation of the current state is illustrated in a process map. Gathering detailed process information through employee interviews, it is possible to generate exact test and work instructions. Involving our employees from the beginning is one of the most important steps on the road to the successful certification.
Besides quality management documentation, all standard requirements are respected in the entire company. Based on the standard requirements and using internal audits, the current state at Böhmer Gusstechnik is recorded. All abnormabilities found are eliminated as soon as possible with the assistance of our employees.
The intensive assessment of our new quality management system, done by the independent certification company DQS in July 2016, confirms our efforts and Böhmer Gusstechnik received the certificate.
